I dealt with Bailey today on behalf of our organisation, and I was really impressed with the service I received. I found the WhatsApp chat option particularly helpful as I have a hearing impairment, and it meant I didn’t miss any important information. Bailey was able to help me with three queries and requests relating to our account, as well as rectify an error for us. His customer service was excellent. He understood exactly what we needed without requiring too much explanation and was incredibly patient while I waited for other departments to get back to me so I could verify the information. He was always able to pick the conversation back up straight away, which made the whole process so much easier. Overall, it was a really wonderful experience, and I can’t recommend the company enough. Thank you again, Bailey, for your patience, understanding and fantastic customer service!

Friendly and professional
Spoke to Tim who was very friendly, professional and assisted me in identifying that scammers (claiming to be from O2) were trying to phish me by telling me SIM cards were being replaced. Sounded very dodgy, so I tried to call O2 (totally impossible to talk to a human! 😡 Extremely frustrating and inconvenient!!) but then called Aerial Direct where I was dealt with in a wonderful way. Thank you, Tim and Aerial Direct for GREAT customer service.

1 Gentleman in a million
The Gentleman i spoke to was cheerful, helpful and informative more so than 3 previous calls. He sorted out the sim cards, and that i had to make a payment, and told me why my phone was possibly not working. He even spoke to another department on my behalf, and came back to me. He was the most polite person with a little chit chat in between business. An absolute joy to talk to.
