I phoned as I had received a suspicious phone call from a lady supposedly from O2/Smartphone saying my contract was due to expire. I spoke to Natasha who quickly confirmed this was a scam call and that my contract was not due for renewal until 2028. Sje also gave good advice on how to handle scam calls. Natasha was very helpful and polite at all times.
