Billing error fixed

Due to a technical error of not being informed about a data cap my bill was incorrect. I informed customer support and provided details. I was most pleased with the assistance from Lauren the customer service representative I spoke with who thankfully fixed the problem with approval from management. There have been no errors in billing since. This is the kind of customer support I would expect and it was appreciated.
