Well it was awful at first! From pillar to post. Interminable delays. A customer services person who did not asked me all necessary security questions and then could not access my account. He kept asking me – repeatedly – for things that I could not answer or provide. Eventually he passed me to somebody else, after my persistence, and Amanda was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. She resolved my issue in no time at all in a warm, friendly and deeply empathetic manner, for which I was very grateful. The previous stepping stones just make you angry and frustrated, and it is the person at the other end who probably undeservedly gets the backlash. Amanda settled all that down and left me feeling I had received the service to which I am entitled. Thank you
