Since starting with Aerial Direct back in 2020, we have been delighted with how Aerial Direct and more importantly our Account Manager Andrew Bracegirdle have conducted themselves.

We initially held talks with the onboarding team at Aerial Direct who walked us through each stage of the process of moving our mobile connections over to their management and felt like we were looked after each step of the way without any fuss or stress, right up until when we held a handover call from the onboarding team to our own dedicated account manager who ran through our account requirements to make sure nothing was missed.

I have been aware of Aerial Direct for a while, the old offices are quite close to where we are based. Connect has been brilliant, from initial conversations with the team through to delivery. Their product gives us the ability to record calls and log who is calling. This is extremely important for us. We also love the keevio software as it is very useful to us.

As much as cost is important for us as a business, having Connect allows us to provide the best quality service to both our staff and clients, which to us is worth more than any savings.

Some of the key features we were looking for were a local organisation who could give response times which would mean reduced downtime if there was an issue and an organisation that we could speak to about our plans and would give us some feedback and guidance when looking at new software and practical help bringing in new systems. We wanted a pro-active organisation rather than someone to go to when something wasn’t working.

A good understanding of what we do and our business requirements as well as a cost effective solution, were two of the main features we considered when opting to work with Aerial, as well as a company that we could talk to about expanding the tech side of
