Whether you’re at home, in a coffee shop or at work, if you’re having trouble finding signal, you can use Wifi to make a call.

Wifi and 4G calling lets you move seamlessly between Wifi and 4G network coverage, so you can continue your call, check your email or browse the internet at the same time.

Which devices work with Wifi calling?

Wifi and 4G Calling is currently available on the following devices:

What will having Wifi and 4G calling mean for me?

Setting up Wifi and 4G calling will give your more options to connect.

You will be able to make and recieve calls whenever you have Wifi meaning you can stay in touch in more places.

You will have the option to seamlessly move between Wifi and 4G allowing you to be able to use the internet or apps while you are making a call.

Will I be charged?

No, however to find out more about your tariff and device, please contact our experts on 01329 558 558.

After setting up, you calls will be included as part of your normal tariff allowance. All out of tariff charges will be charged at your stand rate.

How will I know when I'm using it?

After setting up, as soon as  you are connected to a Wifi network or your 4G signal is working, you will automatically us Wifi and 4G calling. You don’t have to do anything once it’s set up.
