6 Month Line Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Entry is open to existing customers of Aerial Direct Ltd who receive a text or email survey from O2 relating to customer service of network and partner, except employees (and their families) of Aerial Direct, its partners and agents, associated with the offer.
2. The entrant(s) must be the account holder and aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
3. Responses that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
4. The closing date for the collation of successful participants is 09/12/2016, at 11:59PM. Any participation after this stated date and time will be void of this offer.
5. Honest Customer feedback is important to Aerial Direct and the response and score provided by the participant will hold no bearing on this offer.
6. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the participants(s) who completed the survey. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Aerial Direct reserves the right to remove the offer at any time.
7. Aerial Direct will apply applicable discounts within 30 days of verifying submission to survey and notify by email and SMS.

10. Aerial Direct holds no responsibility of malfunction / breakdown or misuse of equipment or network services used which causes non-submission of the survey.
11. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the Terms and Conditions (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
12. The survey selection is set by O2 Telefonica, and Aerial Direct holds no influence on this with Aerial Direct customers.
13. The promoters reserve the right to reject entries from entrants at any time
