Aerial Direct wins O2 Customer Excellence Award

For the second year in a row, Aerial Direct has been presented with the O2 Direct Partner Customer Excellence Award. This recognises Aerial Direct’s ability to provide excellent customer service, as well as expert knowledge and support throughout 2016 and 2017.

Our employees have contributed significantly to Aerial Direct achieving this award. Everyone at Aerial Direct shares a passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, and go above and beyond for every customer.

We’re always grateful to our customers who provide us with feedback to help us make continuous improvements to our customer experience, so we can continue to exceed our customers’ expectations and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our industry.
