6 Month Line Rental – Terms and Conditions

1.    The Survey is only open to personnel who have been invited directly by O2 Direct to complete the survey
2.    Entrants must be aged 18 years and over
3.    Completed surveys should be completed on 28/08/2022 and 11/09/2022 to be included with this incentive
4.    The eligible six months free line rental will be applicable to the account holder’s lead mobile phone number only
5.    Honest feedback is important to Aerial Direct and O2, the response and score provided by the participant will not hold bearing on this offer
6.    The entrant’s name will be put on a ballot with the chance of winning a prize. The winner will be drawn after 14/09/2022
7.    To issue the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the participant who has won the prize on the details provided. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to remove the offer at any time or choose another winner

9.    The Provider of the prize of six months free line rental to one drawn winner in return for completed survey submissions is Aerial Direct, 1 Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 5UA
10. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the malfunction/breakdown or misuse of equipment or network service used which causes non-submission of the survey
11. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) the details of these terms and conditions (and any other conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the offer at any time
