O2 Customer Excellence Award 2017
Aerial Direct have been awarded the prestigious O2 Customer Excellence Award 2017, in recognition of Aerial Direct’s overall ability to provide world-class customer support and expertise throughout 2016.
The award is a result of excellent feedback and retention levels measured throughout 2016 by O2. The customer satisfaction index score attained by Aerial Direct demonstrates our ability to serve our 130,000 customers, making us O2’s largest UK partner.
