Setting up a Direct Debit is simple and means you can save time, money and have peace of mind as there’s one less payment to remember.

All you need to do is complete the form. We’ll send you a text to let you know when your Direct Debit has been set up. This can take up to 10 days.

If your bill is due in the next 10 days and you do not receive a text before then, you will need to pay your bill as normal this month, and we’ll ensure your direct debit is set up for your next payment.
